Kathie Glass LP Candidate for Governor Speaks about Nullification/Eminent Domain

On Thursday, July 29, at 6:00 PM the Libertarian Party of Texas' Candidate for Governor will be in Fort Worth to speak about the suddenly popular topics of Nullification and Interposition as new expensive federal laws are being foisted upon the citizens of Texas. Nullification and Interposition can be a tool to stop this intrusion upon our liberties. Kathie Glass can speak to some of the legal aspects of this topic as well as eminent domain abuses by the state and other political sub-divisions. As you know, this is VERY IMPORTANT to Tarrant County affected by the Trinity River Vision Boondoggle. Ms. Glass is a Houston-based attorney with over three decades of legal experience. Also, speaking will be Bob Shelton, the Libertarian Party Candidate for Tarrant County Probate Court #2. Recently, abuses by the judge in this court, resulting in unsuspecting families being torn apart by the force of government, have been the subject of local newspaper and television investigative reports and Texas State Senate Hearings. He'll discuss the abuse of Ex Parte Hearings in the Probate Courts of Texas. Mr. Shelton is a certified Probate Attorney also with over three decades of experience. We'll have this at our ol' standby - The Large Banquet Room in Billy Miner's in Sundance Square in Downtown Fort Worth. Let's all show up, show our support and meet this great candidates!! Afterwards - of course - Let's all grab a Billy Miners cheeseburger and their wide selection of sides and beverages!

Kathie was inspirational, as always! She set the hook in me when I first heard her speak at a debate at SMU in Dallas. You will never hear a more impassioned, articulate advocate of freedom than Kathie Glass.
