Why are you a libertarian - or interested in libertarianism?

I was a Rep....well, I belonged to some weirdo party and always said that I 'leaned' libertarian. That is, until I read Robert Heinlein's Time Enough for Love. The book opened my mind on social issues, and a "Lib" was born

What was your political affiliation before choosing liberty? Are you still affiliated with that party? (It's OK if you are)

No! And it was an accident anyways that I was registered as (insert party name here). In Ohio, one couldn't vote in the primaries unless registered with that party-no independents (or Independence, for that matter) allowed. Which is why, rumors hold, a lot of Repubs are registered as Dems in Ohio because they switched to vote in Clinton-era Dem Primaries. Funny story.

Sam Dunn here. Excited to network with liberty-minded individuals and to learn from everyone I meet!
