We need to have a forum, meeting or at least get an email going back and forth with the group. No one has the theme idea yet so we need to have a meeting on this. Also I have a conflict in that I am racing motorcycles the same damn day and will not be able to be there most of the day. I might be able to make it to the parade in time for it but just barely so we will need another vehicle to pull the float. I can drop it off several days in advance and we can probably put it in the same lot near Oak Cliff as we have the last few years but someone else will have to pull it to the event. The parade starts at 2:00 PM and thats about when I could arrive from Corsicana where my race is. Feel free to forward this email to the group.

I can provide banners if needed.  Plain paper only but a lot easier than stenciling a tarp.  They would only last for the one event.  Up to 42" tall and as long as the float.
