Introduction to Fine Art Figure Photography with Rikk Flohr
This is a hands-on shooting workshop introducing photographers to the art of shooting the nude human figure. The class is an opportunity to work with an internationally-known and very experienced figure model in a small group setting. This two-hour workshop will contain approximately 40 minutes of classroom time in which the instructor and model will offer suggestions on concepts, studio setup, lighting and model interactions. Following this there will be one-at-a-time shooting windows in which the students will take turns shooting for approximately 80 minutes.
Subjects to be covered:
• Studio Preparation
• Model Interaction
• Understanding Usage and Releases
Images from this shoot will be subject to a common release agreement between each photographer and the model. Images from this shoot will be limited to use in Portfolios only and will not be available for wider use. Each photographer participating must sign a release prior to shooting agreeing to the limited use of these images. To insure complete concentration for our model with each art creator, photographers must also agree to shoot one-at-a-time.
