ABOUT PRAXIS GALLERY | PHOTO ARTS CENTER
Praxis Gallery and Photographic Arts Center is a community based, non-profit, artist-led organization located in Minneapolis that aims to support the development of new and emerging artists through exhibition and education programming. Our mission is to bring diverse perspectives into focus through lens-based art, creating photographic art opportunities that engage, challenge, inspire, and surprise the public. Praxis provides solo and group exhibition opportunities, free monthly Artist Talks and Critique Sessions, Workshops, Artist Memberships, and Access Memberships to the darkroom and studio facilities.

Current Operating Hours: Praxis Gallery is open by appointment Tuesday through Friday.
Public Open Hours
Saturday 10am - 6pm
(Third Saturday's Opening Receptions 6pm-8pm)
Sunday 10am - 6pm
COVID 19 RESPONSE
Our primary consideration is the health and well being of our artists and patrons. As of 11/19/21masks are only required for individuals who have not been fully vaccinated. However, we recommend everyong where a mask inside the facility. Thank you!
