Experience a Mindful Chinese Tea Ceremony

We know that meditation can help us to become more present but how else can we bring more mindfulness into our lives? Tea is a simple, delicious way to practice mindfulness.

Come try this rare opportunity to step into the tranquility of a Mindful Tea Ceremony with Sarah Cowell of Teasense.

In this mindful Chinese Gong Fu tea ceremony, you will feel the calming effect of watching this 'moving meditation'. Sarah will guide you how to engage all your senses in experiencing the tea, to bring you fully and mindfully into the present moment.

You will leave knowing how to transfer these Mindful Tea Making skills to your own tea (or coffee!) making at home - in fact, to any activity in which you want to practice mindfulness. Plus you will receive a free gift: a guide to Making Tea Mindfully and a sample of one of Sarah's rare, exclusive teas to brew up at home!

The feel-good factor extends further with profits being donated through Mindful in May to Charity Water - a project to bring clean water to those needing it in developing countries.

Tickets ($20) must be pre-purchased here https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/mindful-tea-ceremony-tickets-9059548353

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
