Curry Hill (Chelsea Part II)

We will meet at Kalustyan's which has a nice selection of Teas in addition to many other International Foods. We may find some other establishments that sell Tea on our way Uptown.

We will then head up to Franchia, which is a Korean Vegetarian Tea House. They have many Tea options in addition to a Royal Tea Tray which can be shared between two people. Please see their Website for more details.

I've made reservations for 10 people at Franchia at 2 PM. This will give us enough time to shop around the Curry Hill area and to walk up to Franchia. If there are more than 10 people interested in Franchia the inside area can accommodate up to 15 and there is an outdoor area that we can probably spill into that seats 16.

If you will be joining us at Franchia after the Tea buy, please indicate so like I have.

Directions: Take the number 6 train to 28th Street and walk one block East to Lexington Avenue. Or, take the M101/M102 or the M103 bus down Lexington and get off at 28th Street. For more Mass Transit info please visit the MTA website.
