DEC Presents: “Inside Look: What Leaders Need to Know About Leading Innovation”

Please join us at the DEC for this Free 3-part series on May 7th, May 28 and June 11 from 8:30am - 10:00am in the 1st Floor Training Rm. presented by Kirbie Earley of PolymerOhio.   Bagels, coffee and orange juice will be served.

Program Topic: “8 Characteristics of Innovation Leaders”

Leading Innovation is different than leading an organization - it requires you to think in a different way, to behave in a different way and to react in a different way.

A recent survey of leaders and employees (n>500) indicated that while, on average, 75% of leaders felt they were successfully leading innovation, only 45% of their employees felt that their leaders encouraged innovative work environments.

Our Leading Innovation Series will guide you through the steps of successfully bringing innovation to your organization. This 3-part series will focus on:

  • Characteristics of Innovation Leaders
  • What Innovative Organizations "Look and Feel" Like
  • Mastering the Innovation Leadership Skills

Join us for this FREE 3-part series you can't afford to miss! Your competitors are innovating new products and processes. Their customers are paying them more - get a piece of the action by registering today!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
