Program: “4 Key Skills Every Innovation Leader MUST Have"
Leading Innovation is different than leading an organization - it requires you to think in a different way, to behave in a different way and to react in a different way.
A recent survey of leaders and employees (n>500) indicated that while, on average, 75% of leaders felt they were successfully leading innovation, only 45% of their employees felt that their leaders encouraged innovative work environments.
Our Leading Innovation Series will guide you through the steps of successfully bringing innovation to your organization. This 3-part series will focus on:
- Characteristics of Innovation Leaders
- What Innovative Organizations "Look and Feel" Like
- Mastering the Innovation Leadership Skills
