DEC & City of Dublin Present: A Veterans Entrepreneurship Boot Camp

The DEC and the City of Dublin are proud to present a five-day "Veterans Entrepreneurship Boot Camp" from June 17 - June 21, 2013 at the Dublin Entrepreneurial  Center (DEC).  This week-long Boot Camp will go from 7:30am to 9:00pm each day.

Program:  Veterans - You Are Invited To Build A New Future

The City of Dublin, Ohio recognizes the commitment that our veterans have made to our country. It is that recognition that has driven us to fully sponsor your participation in a week long boot camp.

In partnership with Geneva GI, we have designed training materials to communicate the maximum amount of information about owning and operating your own business into the shortest amount of time feasible.

The current job market is tough. So, the focus of our program is to utilize skills learned during military service, fuse them with technical business knowledge and prepare selected veterans for entrepreneurship.

This course of study is not for everyone. It is an intense, 5-day, no drill, boot camp. All sessions begin at 7:30 a.m. and can end as late as 9:00 p.m. The program involves interaction, lecture, guest speakers and mandatory exercises.

At the end of the week, each qualifying participant will have validated their business concept, completed a full business plan and will receive a "Certificate of Entrepreneurship."

A website for this program can also be found at: www.genevagi.com. Those interested need to apply via US mail or on the website.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
