Kirbie Earley is an innovation and leadership coach, specializing in small business. She has been working with small businesses in Ohio for several years to develop cultures of innovation through team and leadership training. Kirbie has also worked in market research, project management, marketing and developing social media. She has managed the Under 50 (employees) Program and the Innovation Engineering Program at PolymerOhio, Inc./OH!Manufacturing for the past several years.
