Description:  An introduction to the What, Why, When, Where and Who of Service Organization Control (SOC) Reports and Engagements.  SOC Reports are internal control reports on services performed by an organization providing information to users in order to assess and address the risks associated with an outsourced service.  SOC reports are likely applicable to many Companies at the DEC whether providing or receiving outsourced services.

Robert Shenton is the Managing Partner of Plante Moran’s Central Ohio Region.
