Michael Smith practices Business Law and Securities Law at Carlile Patchen & Murphy. He concentrates on business, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, technology licensing, banking, and securities. Mike joined CPM in February 1991. He currently serves as Chairman of CPM’s Business Law practice group.
