We know that Agile is about Individuals and Interactions, but what does that look like within a team and how do you establish the right culture? Join COHAA as Barry walks us through behaviors to look for in a highly effective team. We will explore some thought provoking team-dynamic related topics such as personality conflicts; lack of trust; kicking off new teams; importance of word choice; impact of distributed communication; and much more. The session will include several participatory exercises to get the audience communicating and sharing ideas.
