• COSI’s Imagination Celebration 2009 will be held at COSI on Saturday, March 14, 2009 from 7:00 - 11:00 p.m.

• Attendees will include 300-400 of Central Ohio’s community and business leaders, friends of COSI, and young professionals.

• COSI’s fifth annual gala, Imagination Celebration 2009, will be an evening of “Possibilities & Probabilities.” Guests will enjoy an evening full of Vegas splendor including eclectic worldwide fare, casino games, live Vegas-style performances, and live and silent auctions.

• Proceeds from the gala enable COSI to provide educational opportunities for families, youth, and educators through hands-on exhibits and rich educational programs like early childhood workshops, mentoring programs for students through high school, and nationally award-winning videoconference programs.

• Imagination Celebration 2008 raised over $114,000 for COSI’s educational and outreach programs. This year’s goal is $150,000.

• The event is organized by the Friends of COSI, a service-project-based advocacy group comprised of individuals who support COSI's mission through fundraising events, community advocacy programs, and volunteer opportunities.
