#Seduction, persuasion and influence w/ Mr. @RichardSedley

We are delighted and we’re sure you will be too when you learn that – Mr. @RichardSedley is coming back to techMAP.

Smart marketers must understand market trends, study emerging media and intimately know the evolution of consumer behavior. If there were ever a man who understands consumer behaviour – Richard is that man.

Theme for the night:

Richard will be sharing his thoughts on: seduction, influence and persuasion - Is the future of neuro-marketing all in our heads? This will no doubt be one of the most relevant and insightful looks into the evolution of consumer behavior where technology and emerging media have been the catalyst.

Mr. Richard Sedley:

Mr. @RichardSedley has over 20 years in the creative and customer experience field with the last 16 being in digital. Richard is one of our industry’s thought leaders on creating employee and customer engagement through psychology and persuasion. His book Winners and Losers in a troubled economy can be found here.

Richard is Commercial Director at Foviance, one of the UK’s leading customer experience consultancies combining behavioural research with user experience strategy and planning. Prior to joining Foviance, Richard was the course director for Social Media at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

We are delighted to have such a smartypants back at techMAP to help us better understand the psychology of consumers.

    Richard was brilliant. Always nice to see a bit of science/evidence to a presentation of data - majority of social and digital marketing experts have no proof or are way too generic. Sedley was a great speaker!
