Gah! Sorry for the bad formatting and the typos. Please see corrected version :

All,

I hope you're doing well and that summer treated you well.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to announce that our next XMPP meetup will be "held" during the Keeping It Realtime conference which will take place in Portland, OR on November 7 and 8.

The amazing folks at &yet (who have sponsored the meetup a couple times, as well as presented some of their projects) are organizing this conference and have already pulled an incredible list of speakers, including Guillermo Rauch (Socket.io), Jack Moffitt (of Strophe fame!), Leah Culver... and many more to come.

I will myself talk about how we built http://msgboy.com (hint, XMPP is involved!), and I will try to organize some kind of hackathon/office hours for those interested in node-xmpp-server : http://blog.superfeedr.com/node-xmpp-server/

I sincerely look forward to seeing you there. Feel free to submit talks if you want to speak up. I also know that &yet is looking for sponsors, so if your company is into the realtime web, I think it's a good opportunity to earn some karma points:) More details and tickets : http://krtconf.com/
