Darling Tennis Center Clinic

***** Please note new start time for this clinic *****

This is a drop-in tennis clinic, which is held at the Darling Tennis Center, and run by one of their instructors, who is Nikol Dimitrova. The clinic runs from 11:30am till 1:00pm,  the price for the clinic is $15.00 for locals and $25.00 for out-of-state players. This clinic is also listed on the Darling Tennis website, if you would like more information on the center.

The clinic is used for players to work out and practice their ground strokes, overheads and volleys and on-court strategies. The tennis drills during the clinic are designed for 2.0 - 4.0 levels players. Nikol will also provide individual suggestions as you do the court drills with her.

You can also contact Nikol for private lessons, or if you have never played tennis, she can help set you up for a beginner clinic at the Darling Tennis Center. Her email address is [masked] and phone number is[masked]-4271.

MeetUp players please RSVP here, so Nikol has an idea of how many players will be attending.  Looking forward to seeing you this Friday at noon....:-)

I have done this clinic with beginners before. If you are a true beginner who can barely hit the ball over the net, then this clinic is not for you. What happens is that a true beginner is scared to volley at the net for fear of being hit or just cannot do baseline drills with people who want to work on their strokes. So if you can go to this drill and not ruin it for everyone else, then I'm sure that you can show up and have some fun.

lol... Nope that wasn't me. I would have went but I am without transportation until Saturday. Good luck with your tennis play and I hope you stick with it. Nikol does really good clinics. Compare her with some of the other "tennis pros" in town and you'll see what I'm saying. If you can hang in her clinics, you can easily start playing ladies 3.5 or 4.0 in a few months. Unless you have a disability, there really is no reason not to get above 3.0 once you have your fundamentals down.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
