dear marcia, i really have no idea what u r talking about. i am on the list for tennis meetup. it is so far away that it became a last resort and i found a social group way close. if you are trying to lose weight you have to try and stick with[masked] cal. think about how good you are going to feel and look when you are at your normal natural weight. pitcture yourself that way. play at least two sets three days a week. you will feel and see the difference. cheat on your diet as much as possible............ELP
