Chair Yoga: Little Moves for Humankind!

This class will be full of simple movements, utilizing a chair for support in sitting and standing postures. The sequence will include little moves, for all body types and ages, that teach us to be kind to ourselves and all creation!

The benefits of yoga – healthy body, minds, and souls – are in reach for everyone! Please consult a physician before beginning this or any exercise regime and be sure to tell Kelly about any injuries or medical conditions that you may have.
