Fit moms and happy kids is our goal! We offer several group fitness classes and a run club during the week. Bring your kids and get a great workout. All fitness levels are welcome. Come on out and give it a try; your first class is free. We are here to help you get your pre-baby body back, or better, to get fit and have fun. We do group races from 5ks to half marathons.
