Libertarian Party of San Francisco monthly meeting and social!

  • Jul 14, 2012 · 3:00 PM
  • San Francisco Main Public Library

The Libertarian Party of San Francisco holds its regular monthly meeting on the 2nd Saturday each month, from 3-5pm, followed by a social from 5-6pm.

Currently we are meeting at the San Francisco Main Library, at Grove and Market (see for map), in the community meeting room on the first floor, which is on the left near the reference desk when you enter from Grove Street. Occasionally another group will be using this room, in which case we will be in a community meeting room on the fourth floor.

Everyone is welcome to come and be part of the discussion, however you must be a registered voter and complete a membership form. Sometimes we will have a guest speaker. Recent guests have included a couple of the candidates running for Supervisor in the just-concluded elections, and members of the Patrol Specials, SF's unique quasi-public police force that's been around since the Gold Rush.

After the meetings, those of us who want to hang out and chat over a meal head over to Ananda Fuara vegetarian restaurant at Market and Larkin streets for our social. You're welcome to come for just the social, just the meeting, or both.

You can always check meeting details, or find out the latest LPSF news and happenings, on our website,

Thanks for your commitment to freedom, and on behalf of our local chair Marcy Barry and officers and members,Libertarian Party of San Francisco website I look forward to meeting you!

The point made by Charles was prescriptive: don't invite new attendees to the business segment, invite them to a structured issues discussion.
