	That's not a glitch, that's the way it's supposed to work. If you want to reply only to a specific individual without copying the list, you have to manually change the header of your email message, putting that person's address in the "To" field and removing the list address. Most of the time when people reply on a list, they *want* to reply to the entire list. 

	There hasn't been much discussion on this particular list (most of our local Libertarian Party discussion takes place on [address removed], which can be subscribed to by sending an email to that address and following the instructions you get back from Yahoo), but that could always change. However everyone should keep in mind when posting messages to any list, that you are sending to the email boxes of multiple recipients, and impacting their time -- so a good rule of thumb is go for "quality" not "quantity".
