"Palo Alto Trail of Tears" - Fw: PROPOSED Antiziganist ORDINANCE to ban Gypsies and all people from of nomadic cultures from Palo Alto

Attached is the official version of the latest AntiZiganist attack on Gypsies, homeless people, the mentally ill, and people who recently lost their home.
The "referral" to be made by Palo Alto police - to nonexistent homeless shelters and other nonexistent social services in Palo Alto, is outrageous.
yesterday I met with a Stanford professor of Journalism, who specializes in Science Writing, about the pseudoscience based "threat" to the public "morals", health, and safety as cited in the proposed antiziganist ordinance.
Coincidentally, I just just finished listening to these audiobooks, on a roadtrip across the state  last month - On the Road, American Lion (bio of Andrew Jackson and his Trail of Tears legislation) ... and Grapes of Wrath.
