I found this to be an excellent talk by Tendayi. I feel that those of us using the Lean Startup method need to be reminded of various aspects from time to time, I realised that I do. A very helpful point that Tendayi made was that there may be an even better opportunity available in the same space, perhaps with a different customer segment.

Nice meeting everybody. Just came across this article and thought I'll share it with everybody here as this was brought up towards the end: Lean Startups fail for these 3 reasons, but they didn’t tell you in the book (or at some conference)

    Haven't finished reading it yet.

Not surprised you haven't finished reading it yet. Unfortunately it assumes you know all these people - I suspect even Tendayi does know all of them. There is a short summary about two-thirds down.
