ask questions of your potential customers before going to market. Especially, "would you pay for this"

Sorry to have missed this event. How did it go? Any golden nuggets of wisdom to share? Has anyone done a write-up on a blog or something by any chance?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend anymore. I will change my RSVP.
Speaking about customer validation, any dev agency PMs that can validate/invalidate the following problem assumption: Clients asking about project status updates on a frequent basis takes crucial time away from the PM.

The secret is to create the status update as a natural part of what you are doing through making project status visible at all times. An example of this is a project wall or information radiator. This benefits the team and other interested parties through increased transparency and low maintenance.

I came all the way from Canada for this event - suuuuuper excited to meet other like-minded startup entrepreneurs, freaks, and geeks. I'd love to hear about what you guys have cooking on this side of the pond. What's the official hash tag for this event? I love tweeting.

Oct 17 is also my birthday :)

    Hey folks,

I think I do not need to do any introduction of Steve Blank here, do I? :)

He has run the lean launch pad courses, how to build a startup, at different universities for a long time. Finally, this is an recorded version for everyone, and for FREE. http://www.udacity.com/overview/Course/ep245/CourseRev/1

Join me to join the course. If anyone is interested, we can probably even form a study group together. :)

    Hope this helps.

    Josh

Is there a fee for this event and what part of the Google Campus will it be held?

You check in and they tell you which room to go to. At least in my experience.
