The London Personal Development Workshop Meetup group is open to all those who wish to grow, learn and come on a voyage of self discovery and above all get the chance to have a  fun an uplifting experience in a group setting.

Our Workshops will be Facilitated by a range of talented, experienced and innovative practitioners. Very much the aim is to create a friendly, fun, uplifting and healing space for your journey of self reflection, awareness and understanding of YOU .

We will be using a wide range of styles and tools to bring you some great experiential self development workshops every month. This may include worksheets, music, art, drama, guided visualisations, meditations etc. This may be a combination of individual, small group,whole group and pair work. Experiencing and being part of a group to facilitate personal development.
