I have been a vegetarian for 20 years, and a vegan for the last 5. I have embarked on my raw food journey over the past year and intend to maintain it as a lifestyle. Glad to find the group!
Hi Angela, Looking forward to the group meet ups and networking Opportunities.

I think we should have a series of potlucks: appetizers, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Then at each of them discuss recipes/exchange ideas, etc. I think this might help people (me!) to kind of look and think outside the box as far as raw meal planning. I know I still need help with quick and easy ideas for everyday meals. :) On a somewhat unrelated note: Is there a website to obtain all the details for shows and what not? Thanks, have a great one! :)
Sounds good. I hope your daughter is doing well. Please contact me if you need me. Much success with all of your endeavors.
hello! is there a location for tommorrows meetup?
It appears that this DC Raw Food Group was on the brink of extinction when we got a new organizer. Care to make this group come alive?
Hi Angela! I'm looking forward to meeting you in person and I did enjoy listening into the webinar tonight. Great info! Thanks!
