Hello Ring Members,
We're back to 2nd Tuesdays and it's time for our March meeting!
We're going to take a look at what's going on in the local market around the Greater Baton Rouge area. Since the down turn that began in[masked] the area has been in a "Buyer's Market". That means there have been more Sellers than Buyers allowing buyers to be more selective and making it harder for Sellers to compete for those Buyers.
The market has been trending the other way for some time now and we are just crossing the median toward a Seller's Market. That mean's we'll be seeing more Buyers competing for the existing inventory of houses for sale.
We'll see what to look for and why at the next RING meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.
Plus we're going to have the extra bonus of seeing 2 case studies of market analysis. We'll be looking at the booming investor market in Atlanta and for extra fun we're going to see what's going on in the tropical paradise of Belize!
This will add some fun and adventure to go along with those boring statistics. There will be slides of the beautiful scenary and a video to boot.
So don't miss out on the fun...
