Hello Fellow RING Members,
We had a great meeting last week and many thanks to those of you who attended! The meeting was titled, "How to Build a Red Hot List of Ravenous Buyers in Your Sleep."
Some of you have expressed that the presentation didn't live up to the expectations I had built up in the promotional emails.
Well I hope you were not too disappointed though. I admit that in my enthusiasm to make it interesting for you I made the "sizzle a bit hotter than the steak." This was in part due to a miscommunication between myself and the speaker.
I knew that he was an expert at using internet marketing to promote businesses to target audiences with highly effective results. And I knew that across the country there are highly successful investors and real estate agents using these techniques effectively.
It's difficult to cover such a broad subject in a single meeting, and I believe Paul Chaney gave us a thorough introductory summary of how to use the internet to successfully promote a business, from web pages to email campaigns to Search Engine Optimization and more.
I had hoped we could get a more precise focus on using these techniques specifically to build a hot list of ready, willing and able buyers. However, the subject is more complex than I had realized and it would take several sessions to really get an understanding of how to implement these strategies for that specific purpose.
Please keep in mind that with our venue of one to one and a half hours, the RING meetings are a way to introduce you to different aspects of real estate that can enhance your business and give you a chance to network with other like minded entrepreneurs.
So with all that in mind, I hope you feel like you are getting something of value out of the meetings and your membership in The RING.
And I hope you will continue to attend and be a part of the group because you are certainly a valuable asset to the rest of us and I appreciate you very much!
I look forward to seeing you again soon!
