Don't Get Burned By A Bad Air Conditioning Contractor

From: Richard M.

Hello Ring Members,

Are you coming to The RING Meeting on Tuesday?

We're going to have one of the best air conditioning guys in Baton Rouge tell us how to handle HVAC situations in rehabs.

Carl Rogers of Southeast Heating & Air is one of the most sought after air conditioning guys in Baton Rouge!

This guy has already saved me thousands of dollars on a/c repairs because he is an expert at finding simple fixes that can keep you from having to replace the whole unit.

Plus he'll shoot you straight too, if you really do need to replace something.  Like when you are about to mix/match the wrong compressor unit for the air handler you have.

HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.  This is a major component of every modern building structure and it would be to your advantage to understand what can and cannot be done.

Don't get burned by coulda, shoulda, woulda!

You'll be glad to meet Carl Rogers and get his contact info so you can have an investor friendly air conditioning expert in your corner next time you need one.

Sign up for the RING meeting right here:

We'll learn about:

1- how to estimate repairs
2- how to know whether to repair or replace
3- how to estimate tonage size for square footage increments
4- what are some simple things you can test yourself
5- replacing the coil vs. the entire air handler
6- anything else you have always wanted to know about HVAC

Here are the details...

Tuesday, April 9th at 6:30pm and will go until around 8:00pm.
We'll be meeting at Burk Baker School of Real Estate on Sherwood Forest Blvd.

You'll have to park behind the bldg. so turn onto Westfork Dr (right beside Daiquiri Cafe) then turn left into the first parking lot.  Go to the end and enter the courtyard between the buildings.

Burk Baker's School of Real Estate
