That’s not too shabby either, especially when you consider that on top of that, I usually have a private lender or joint venture partner who often makes ¼ to ½ that amount or more to boot!

P.S. I want to share with you a recent success story. Many of you were at the presentation given a couple months ago by Amie Chaney of www.homestagingbyamie.com. Well, I just used her services with great results.When Amie told me that the average number of days on market for a staged home was only 8 days, I was a bit skeptical. I was hoping we could get a contract on the rehab I just finished within 30 to 60 days. She did a beautiful job of staging the home and I was able to put some nice photos on the listing.Well, I was pleasantly surprised that on the 3rd day after it went on the MLS, I had 2 competing offers which landed a contract at full asking price.
