He has conducted more than 3,300 hours of business tranformation conversations.

He has conducted organizational transformation programs for SAP China, GlaxoSmithKline, the RCMP, AMEX, and Sbirbank Russia. He recently worked with the Communist Party of China to transform a city of 4 million people. Now he has launched Velocity, a global initiative to create “instant” language learning for people around the world.


The doors will open at 5:45pm. Informal networking takes place from 5:45pm to 6:15pm. The formal part of the meeting begins at 6:15pm. The keynote speaker takes the stage at 6:45pm. Then there's speed networking from 7:45pm to 8:45pm.
