The Liberty Amendments, Libations and Laughter

December 30th is the fifth Monday of the month. Let's take a time out from the serious business of saving the country and, in the tradition of the founding fathers, quaff some ale. You need not have read Mark Levin's book to enjoy this evening of fun and fellowship. All 912ers are welcome.

Here's a Heritage article on what the left will use as a battering ram in 2014: "income inequality".

(Typically, another problem their beliefs make worse, hence the deflection and projection.)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! Let's educate the low information voters!

Perfect? No. Not all the problem is GOTV. We have a responsibility to find the most conservative candidates that are electable. We can (and must) do better than we did in 2010 or 2012. I won't go into details right now. We have January to do that. However, I will put in another plug for Political CHIPS as a great place to find the composite of the characteristics comprising those founding principles. I advise us all to take the survey and consider using it as a basis for vetting your candidates. See you all Monday night! Here is the link:

Thanks, Rob. Nebraska should remain conservative, so I'm glad to see our strong GOTV efforts. Our young people need to keep them strong so we're passing the torch of info. I was very surprised that Nebraska wasn't represented at Mount Vernon. We do need to keep pushing for all efforts to restore our const Republic, whether with GOTV, Liberty Amendments, #Precinct Project, Teaparty, Political CHIPS and others. See ya soon and thanks for all you do! (Cover all the waterfronts!)

Great video Susan. Getting access to the lists of registered Republicans will help on so many projects, Voter ID petition, Dan Frei for Congress, etc. I urge you to consider joining the Republican Liberty Caucus which has begun this work and needs everyones help.

Susan, excellent examples of becoming effectively active! Please allow me to offer a little encouragement: I have been active in the Douglas County Republican Party since 2008. I have pushed founding principles while continually researching same. I have seen the election of constitutionally conservative country party chairmen and effective Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts in 2010 and 2012. Nebraska was not part of the problem in Obama's victory in 2012, and we sent an all-Republican delegation to Congress.

In between the ale quaffing and our next Liberty Amendments meeting, here's some info on a simple, practical way for conservative/libertarians to take over the Republican Party: become Precinct Committeemen. And here's a quick video on how to do that. (Plus a 2nd video on this same link of Ronald Reagan's Victory Squad for getting out the precinct at a time.)

Times have really changed from Reagan's early years, (motor voting, absentee voting, technology, the Internet, social networks etc.) but we seem less capable of affecting the Republican Party. These are a couple reasons why.
