Play On Con Free Preview Gaming Event

Play On Con invites you for a day of boardgaming at our 2013 host location at the Alabama 4H center near Columbiana.

We will be holding a completely FREE event to promote the main Play On Con event in July. At our past event we had dozens of gamers attend, with several boardgames and two Pathfinder RPG sessions running most of the day and night.

Boardgaming kicks off at 10am on Saturday in one of the two downstairs classrooms in the Environmental Education Center.

We'll game as late as possible -- we don't have to be out until 9am the next morning, so bring some caffeine and your favorite games! There will also be a party on Saturday night in the dorm building, which will give you a chance to meet the con directors and other attendees in a fun, comfortable atmosphere.

We don't really have anything specific planned, so feel free to show up and run whatever you'd like. We should have an RPG or two and some boardgame tables running as well. We may also have a special treat after nightfall -- details will be announced tomorrow!

I will be running the Pathfinder Module Murder's Mark for a few folks down there. We might have room for a couple more folks at the table if anyone is interested (capping at 6).

I'll be running a few RPGs on behalf of Arc Dream Publishing at Play On Con. I'll bring samples at the pre-thingy and show what they're like.

    HEY! this sounds awesome.
Are the Pathfinder sessions PFS-related or stand-alones? I would be willing to run PFS scenarios or even one of the longer modules as a PFS scenario if there is any interest.
