Welcome to a mid-day meditation session where you can come and learn meditation for cultivating ease and vitality in your life. Beginners as well as all types and levels of meditation are welcomed. Each session will be a different focus ie; guided meditation, mantra based meditation, mindfulness meditation, heart meditation etc. So if you feel that this resonate with you, come join this meditation community in a supportive and sharing gesture of self care and mid-day restoration. Cost: value based donation (what you feel the value exchange is).
