Mid Week Evening Meditation

Welcome to meditation. This ancient practice helps us to cultivate ease and vitality in our lives. Beginners as well as all types and levels of meditation are welcomed. Each time may vary in focus based on the needs of the overall group members.  It could be anything from basic mindfullness meditation to heart chakra meditation to mantra based meditation and conscious healing meditation.

What to bring:  Pillow, Blanket, Meditation Jack, anything that may help you be comfortable sitting on the floor or in low chair.

Cost: $8 donation is suggested.
