Seeking Readers for BARD-A-THON

We're teaming up with UAA, Alaska Theatre of Youth and Out North for Anchorage's first 24-hour BARD-A –THON, March 1 - 2. Cyrano's will do two comedies under the leadership of Elizabeth Ware: Midsummer Night's Dream and Much Ado About Nothing. Contact Liz ASAP at [masked] for the comedies or Jessica Jacobs at [masked] for the histories, ghost stories, love and romance; or you can just show up to be cast on the spot. This event is inspired by Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre's annual reading of the entire cannon non-stop.

Liz Ware and David Edgecombe came to Alaska from the Indiana Shakespeare Company and have given the gift of Shakespeare productions to Alaskans, not only on our stage but around the state. They are also Edgeware Productions, noted for touring schools and inspiring young people to embrace and love Shakespeare.
