Out North Contemporary Art House presents
A Spring Awakening Feast
Dine with Chef Watt at the Green Connection Greenhouse (804 E. 15th Ave.)
6:30 pm Thursday, May 3
We invite you to our fundraiser for Out North, a multi-disciplinary art house that serves our community.
Much like last year’s rock star dinner to honor Out North’s production of the rock star musical, “Hedwig and the Angry Inch,” this year’s dinner theme will play off of Out North’s summer 2012 musical production of “Spring Awakening.” The night will revolve around the idea of spring and sensuality, except with a more literal awakening of your senses and less teen angst than that of the musical. As always, we have some fun surprises planned for the evening!
Reservations: $200 ($170 of which is a tax deductible donation)
Please RSVP by April 28, 2012 to Dawnell or Teeka by email at [masked] or by phone at[masked] Ext. 203 or 206. To secure your reservation, payment is required in advance by phone or by making a payment online at www.outnorth.org and pressing the “donate” button and entering “Spring Awakening Feast” when prompted on the payment information “description” line. Space is limited so RSVP early.
The finer details

Wine will be served, compliments of Specialty Imports
HEAR our art house residents and enjoy their work.
SMELL the aromas of a delicious meal and the fragrance of flowers
SEE an indoor garden party atmosphere and an early spring budding before your eyes in the Green Connection’s tropical greenhouse
FEEL the pleasant warmth of the greenhouse, the camaraderie of your fellow patrons of the arts, and walk away full and content
Attire: The greenhouse is kept at a balmy tropical temperature, ranging between 60-80 degrees, depending on the sun; therefore, summer garden party attire is encouraged. Be creative—dig out that seersucker suit; don that sun-dress you only wear on those rare Alaskan summer days when the thermometer creeps past 70; find a fun British-wedding style hat; short sleeves are in this season; or come as you are, because we love you just the way you are.
