National Affair Everywhere! Black Dolls Thanksgiving Family Dinner!

Black Dolls & Baby Dolls, RSVP now and we will soon post  our family dinner prices and  locations for participating BDA playgrounds [cities]. *A prix fixe menu is a menu that has a fixed price and a set list of dishes.

Hey BDA what a fab time last night!!! It's nothing like walking into a room and seeing the faces of the B'huetiful Black Dolls and some of the vintage dolls that you just love to pieces and the new dolls that you will come to love too. It feels just like going home. BDA is the REAL DEAL and I have never belonged to another woman's organization where I felt I could be myself...not fake, phony, or fictitious....but just real authentic me!! Love y'all for loving me the way I am! Happy ThanksLIVING Dolls. Hugs and Much Love...Dee

I agree, Dee. It's always a pleasure and a wonderful feeling enjoying the company of our family of Dolls. I cried on the way home. Doll, what we're experiencing is the feeling of Love. I've decided that there is NO OTHER WAY to explain it. Good ole' fashioned L.O.V.E. The Black Doll Affair IS what's possible in this world. So, let's bask in the possibilities. Dee, God gave us The Black Doll Affair because we deserve LOVE too. This club is meant for hue, me and you. Literally, it's ours. That's why we love it so much...

Because it loves us so much. The Black Doll Affair is that unexpected Godly energy of love & beauty out of the blue that I spoke about at dinner. Love & Beauty placed in our way. Love & Beauty that hue didn't expect and I couldn't have created on my own...With all my marketing genius ;-), TBDA is not of my mind. It was of my heart. My heart strings connected to God, allowed him to work through me on this creation. The Black Doll Affair is turning five years old and yet it seems as though it was always just waiting on our arrival. So powerful beyond its years, it's bigger than me. It's bigger than you. It's greater than all of us. It's God's gift and grace to his children of b'huetiful brown face...

We performed the gratitude exercise of "God & Goddess KEY to life." Gratitude is the fertile birthing ground of all things good that come our way. When we replace complaining with gratitude, we realize the unexpected beauty that was placed in our lives from forces greater than us. Hence, the BLUE ribbon strung to your key to life. The blue ribbon represents GODLY forces that delivered beauty out of the blue in 2012. So that you're open to the gift of more beauty placed on your path, on REJOICE cards, I asked hue to acknowledge your 2012 gifts and let the beauty whisk you way in an attitude of gratitude. The pink ribbons attached to the Key of Life represent your dolling feminine energy and the beauty YOU will bring into your life in 2013, as a Goddess with the power to create. I asked you to record the beauty YOU will create on your Rejoice Card. We sealed our envelopes until Thanksgiving 2013, when we'll reflect on the abundance from Gods AND Goddesses. May the forces be with hue.

Much Thanks to be Given for a wonderful time dining, bonding and sharing with the Dolls! The food at The Pecan restaurant -- just a tasty as I remember -- a little slow on the bread :-) but I think the ATL Dolls have a Thanksgiving Dinner home!

Morning! Here are quick reminders in b'huety...

No shows, not good: No longer attending tonight's dinner Affair? Go now & change your RSVP to 'NOT GOING.

    2. Dinner Bell: Dinner is @7pm. Not 7:30, 7:45 or 8. 7pm. Let's arrive on time. I'm getting dressed now! ;)

    3. Dinner elegance: This is a sit down dinner, not a discussion over a drink. We're taking up a lot of valuable real estate in a server's section, so all in attendance must order dinner, including your guest. We'll pay individually. A tip in gratitude is 15%-20%. This is how WE Black Dolls represent The Black Doll Affair. If YOU do not agree with ME. I can dig it, please do not attend.

    4. "Be a Doll; give a doll"-translates to dress up your Black Doll Public Appearance T-Shirts and donate a toy black doll upon your arrival or make a paper ($) or plastic (doll) donation when you get to the Affair or ahead of time online at http://bit.ly/MTHcc9

All dolled up, I'll c hue tonight! Please & Thank hue!
    Xo

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
