If you answered yes, then let's start a challenge.
CHALLENGE: Every week get active at least 200 minutes a week. You may post your goal in the comments area. For an example, I want to lose 20 lbs.
I will not post my weight but I will keep track of my beginning weight and ending weight. Every Saturday by 11:59pm, please post the amount of minutes you worked out (examples..cardio, swimming, walking, running) for the week.
Challenge 1 ends May 1....the system is blocking me from putting a extended date.
I will try to arrange a group walk or work out at least twice before our challenge end date. Prizes will be determined later. Let me know if you have ideas ($$$, dinner, lunch, movie tickets).
