This workshop is ideal for those seeking unique ways of connecting with one another through movement, games and touch. Most importantly, it’s about nurturing ourselves and having FUN!



Working with a partner helps you to open your body more deeply than you could alone. Stretch not only your body, but also your movement creativity and relationship skills.



In this workshop, you'll:



Connect and play as a community while we co-create partner yoga poses in a circle with the whole group.

Practice a series of doubles yoga poses where you balance, counter-balance and co-create the posture.



Learn partner-assisted stretches; enabling you to connect and stretch farther than you could on your own.

Develop strength and flexibility while learning to trust and communicate with a partner or in a group.

Learn fun, basic Acroyoga flying poses.

Learn a simple and restorative Thai Massage sequence to relax, nurture and further open your body.

Ages 18 & up.



ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!



Yoga mats are not necessary and will not be provided.

If you prefer to use one please bring one.



Space is limited!

Advance Registration is recommended!

About Trinity-

Trinity is the creator of the Dancing Path™ a celebratory transformational events organization that offers playful, creative, community building events, workshops and trainings all over NYC. She is passionate about bringing people together to celebrate life, express themselves fully and connect in fun and nurturing ways. One of Trinity’s main passions is to lead transformational dance. Her love and uninhibited passion for dance is infectious. Trinity studied Yoga Trance Dance w/Shiva Rea and Journey Dance w/Toni Bergins and is certified in both forms. Trinity has facilitated transformational dances at the Omega Institute, Princeton University, Jiva Mukti and many other wonderful places. In 2001 she studied Reiki and a few years later became a Reiki master. In 2003 Trinity studied at Institute for Integrative Nutrition and got certified as a Holistic Health & Nutritional Counselor. Shortly after she discovered Thai Massage and studied with Lotus Palm and in Thailand. Trinity is a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and has been teaching yoga for the last 15 years. Recently she trained and got certified in Circus Yoga™. She is excited to share this playful, connecting and nurturing practice. Her larger vision is to open a Transformational Dance, Creativity & Healing Community Center that will be a home away from home for people to come meet kindred spirits, celebrate, learn, grow, connect and nurture themselves, their creativity and each other! www.thedancingpath.com



About Kyoko

Kyoko Jasper (ERYT) was born and raised in Japan, in 1985, she moved to NYC to become an actress and for over two decades, she has been performing in Musical Theatre, TV and Film. After the devastating day of 9-11-2001, led by an undeniable calling in her heart, Kyoko went through a dramatic shift which led her passion to a Yogic way of life. Now she is dedicating herself to spread peace and healing all over the world through Yoga and other healing methods. Kyoko travels to Japan and other parts of the world regularly to teach in conferences, retreats, and trains teachers for her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. Kyoko is certified in Dharma Mittra 500 hours TT, AcroYoga and Circus Yoga. She is also a Kirtan Leader, Reiki Master and a Spiritual Life Coach. http://www.kyokojaspe...
