Active dogs need active people! Join us for hikes with your dog all year round. Non-dog owners are welcome too! 99% of hikes will be off-leash. The typical hike is 1.5-2 h long and is for someone who is moderately fit. Most hikes wil be on the North Shore but we also venture out once in a while. Your dog should be friendly toward all people and all dogs. Your dog should also be trained to be under voice control if he/she is going to be let off-leash. If your dog is very hyper, he/she will not be permitted off leash as we want these hikes to be a calm, fun experience, not a session for dogs to be frenzied.
If you are interested in being a hike leader, especially for either older/less fit dogs and people OR highly fit/experienced mountain hikers OR for rambunctuous puppies, let me know. That way, we can have more options for our members.
