Hump Day Paddle at Stewart Lake

The sun is supposed to come out, so let's do some paddling.  Stewart Lake is actually three small connected lakes with nice calm water so this paddle is open to all levels of paddling skill.  The size of the lake is small enough that cold water gear is not needed, though I would recommend a change of clothes in case you get wet.

We will meet at 6:00pm and paddle until we are done.  Stewart Lake usually has a wide variety of birds to enjoy and if we paddle near Route 45 you get the wonderful smell of McDonald's french fries.  Come on out and paddle.  Sorry for the late posting, I was waiting for a weather forecast. Beware that parking may be tight due to after school programs at the YMCA.

It was a beautiful day. Realized after we went down the main lake an back that I have not recovered near enough of the needed stamina. I will need more work.

Joe, it's a small lake with a few little fingers so you should be able to find us pretty easily if you run late.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
