  • Hi Meri, this group has visited most of the places in NJ that
I have been wanting to paddle for years, I wish I had known about DVK before. I live in Brick, near Havens cove, its an excellent place to launch for a paddle on Barnegate bay, near Mantoloking bridge. We have a very diverse marine population and migrating birds. Hope to meet you soon. -Mark

  • Hi Meri, There is a new kayak dock that was put in this winter on rt 540 right outside of Pennsville. I explored it a little last night but ran out of time. Was wondering if it might be a possible paddle trip or use for any other activities. Parking lot is really nice. The water crosses under Hawks Bridge. I am curious to know where it leads.

  • Meri,

Met one of your members today at the kayak shop. She suggested we reach out to you to see if you would be interested in setting up some kayak trips on the Delaware. We do a lot of trips with AMC Meetup and would love to do some for your group as well.

  • Meri- Did you ever sell that suspend wall mount unit? If not, I think I would be interested in it.

  • Hi Meri,

I have been having difficulty reach Al & Sam to reserve a kayak. I sent them an email requesting a reservation. I hope that they will response before the outing. I will try again in the am to call them

I am looking forward to this event

  • Hi Meri I am on the board of the Philadelphia Canoe Club and am an avid canoeist. We offer classes that support our club and are all ACA certified. We safely instruct beginning on the Schuylkill and then branching out. In July we have an open house that people can consign their used boats and gear. It is a dynamic sale. We have good food and music. May I post this information on the Meet Up site? What is the best way to do it? I look forward to meeting you soon. Peggy

  • Hi Meri, I am planning to attend the beginner's kayaking this Monday June 4th (assuming the weather cooperates!!), but I would like to bring a guest. Is that okay?
