What types of water do you like to paddle? (flatwater, rivers, open water, whitewater, etc)

Flatwater & rivers are what I'm used to. When I get in better shape (been busting my butt the last couple months) and are a little more knowledgeable I am hoping that mayyyyybe I could try white water some day.

What skill level are you? (beginner, intermediate, advanced) Please be honest, this is for the entire groups safety.

I'd say I'm between beginner plus & intermediate. I have learned rescues but I'm sure my skills could use some brushing up.

In order to be considered for membership you must own your own kayak and be able to transport it. Do you and what kind do you have?

I have a Perception Prodigy 12'. When I start working again I am looking for a narrower boat, just not sure what kind yet.

When are you normally free to paddle?

With school I'm not sure what my summer schedule is like yet, but I know my weekends are my best days to paddle until I find what days/nights I have classes and clinicals.

I've been kayaking for a few years now and fell in love! I am trying to find more places to paddle and always willing to brush up my skills. I am also back in school studying Vascular Ultrasound and graduate in December :-D
