This week we must recognize that we have been lied to! We have been told that the value of all goods is totally subjective and dependent on market transactions. We have been told that the labor of we, the workers, is only one of the inputs of production, and perhaps not even the most important input! We have been told that innovation requires that capital be under the control of greedy entrepreneurs, instead of collectively owned by the state. We have even been told that during recessions it is necessary for us to reduce our wages AND our spending in order for prosperity to return!
We must unite in the face of this despicable attempt by the running dog capitalists AND their lackeys the fascist corporations to further enslave us and steal our labor, for we know that we, the proletariat, are the real producers of wealth in the world, and it is the bourgeoisie who are exploiting us!
Don't be swayed by the false doctrines and outdated imperialist dogma of those who try to convince us of the superiority of free markets. If you stomach it you can listen to Richard Vedder on "Wages and Labor", and of course that great reactionary Henry Hazlitt in his " Economics in One Lesson" chapters 7,8, 19, 20 and 21 all discuss his misguided view of the worker. Once again Gene Callahan in Chapter 7 of his Economics for Real People tries but fails to convince us of our so-called "role" in economic production.
But we know better and I look forward to our meeting on Sunday where
we will continue to fight against the self-perpetuating autocracy of bourgeois capitalist exploiters.
Long live our revolutionary struggle for Social Democracy!
