Wellness Wednesday presents Bill Klar, macrobiotic chef, who will teach you what causes cravings in your body. Why do we keep going after the foods that make our bodies feel ill and our minds happy? What we eat is so important to our emotions and our own self-healing; and Bill will show how to stop the insanity of what we do to ourselves and come back to our hearts.

We are going to sample foods that bring balance back to our own life and we are going to eat whole foods of black beans and greens served over quinoa.
