Posture, Pain, and Meditation Practice: Alexander Technique Workshop

Sitting meditation can be a white-knuckled test of endurance for many,
and even those with years of experience struggle with pain and
discomfort on the cushion.

In this workshop, Alexander Technique instructor Dan Cayer will teach
us how to use mindfulness and compassion towards our body to develop a
more sustainable, healthy sitting posture. Remembering that the body
and mind are not separate, we can create a meditation practice which
fosters and sustains a balanced mental and physical presence in our
meditation experience and our lives.

Students of all levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing.
