Join IDP for our second Daylong Writing Retreat. In this full day meditation and writing retreat, we will explore how meditation can nurture creativity and allow space for our personal voice and deep dreams to emerge on the page. The day will consist of periods of guided meditation, free-writing, writing prompts, sharing writing aloud, and self directed writing time within a supportive atmosphere. Please bring a notebook AND a laptop (if you like to write on a laptop.) Feel free to bring writing projects you are already working on, or start something new.
